A slightly inconsistant journey to being healthy

ok nutrition was ok ish
actually no, if I cook meals for my lunches it would be on point but I haven’t done that, so am doing that day 2
water was 2 litres (app used is plant nanny)
exercise was great!
thinking of adding a small walk in the morning before breakfast
although am worried i will lose motivation for other stuff

im going to do the no cheat october thing thats going around

my no cheat rules

  • only one cup of coffee. (rest of day tea)
  • only pre-packaged snacks or fruit
  • not allowed to buy icecream, chocolate, chips for me to eat
  • limit dairy to yogurt and slowly limit milk in coffee
  • KEEP ABOVE 1400 CALORIES
  • KEEP DEFICIENT OF 500 CALORIES

Exceptions:

  • super fun baking + cocktail night (i will not hold back)
  • weekly greys anatomy (3 peices of chocolate)
  • my mum physically hands me something and im trapped in the car/room and cannot freeze it till november

GOALS:

  • COOK SOME FOOD AND NOT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT WHAT ANYONE SAYS ABOUT MY EATING HABITS! ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA ABOUT WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT
  • HIT ALL MY DAILY VITAMINS
